Juwan Howard and the Michigan Wolverines just picked up a major commitment in the 2022 class, as Juwan’s son, four-star Jett Howard, just made his verbal pledge. The 6-foot-7, 220-pounder chose the Wolverines over other offers like Tennessee, Florida, LSU, Georgetown and others.
Howard plays his high school ball down in Florida at IMG Academy. Despite being the son of Michigan’s head coach, this recruitment was never a lock from the start. He wanted to be like a normal recruit and have a recruiting process. Tennessee pushed hard for him, but the Wolverines won the longer-than-anticipated recruiting battle.
