Nation's No. 1 Center Cesar Ruiz Commits To Michigan Football Over Auburn, Florida

The Michigan Wolverines have landed another recruit. The nation's top center, Cesar Ruiz, announced his commitment to Michigan Monday. Ruiz announced the decision on Twitter.

The Wolverines beat out Florida, Auburn and several others for Ruiz. The No. 58 recruit in the nation, Ruiz is a four-star prospect. He plays at IMG Academy in Florida, but is originally from New Jersey. The Wolverines have recruited well out of New Jersey in the past, landing players like Rashan Gary and Jabrill Peppers.

It's a key addition for the Wolverines, who need offensive line help. Ruiz is the 23rd recruit to commit to Michigan and the 15 four-star or better.
