Michigan Emerges As Favorite For 3-Star WR Target, Per Source

Our Michigan Wolverines football recruiting update for October 15th:

The Michigan Wolverines have kept tabs on three-star Miami (FL) Miami Senior 2016 wide receiver Keyshawn "Pie" Young for months now since they offered in June, and it appears that they've now taken the lead for the prized wideout.

Per a sourced cited by Steve Lorenz of 247Sports, the Wolverines are the far-and-away favorite for Young's pledge at this juncture:

"Michigan. Unless something drastic happens he's going to go to Michigan. They've been recruiting him harder than anyone and he's really taken notice of the positive buzz around the program. Some of the schools have filled up at wide receiver that offered him but Michigan has shown they really want him, and he's always really liked Harbaugh and the coaching staff."

Measuring in at 5-foot-11, 175-pound prospect, Young currently holds offers from the likes of LSU, Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, and USC. He is slated to officially visit Ann Arbor when the Wolverines take on Ohio State on November 28th.

Young is currently ranked as the #56 wide receiver in the Class of 2016 by 247Sports.
