After months of speculation around Michigan QB Shea Patterson's 2018 eligibility, it seems we finally closing in on an answer.
Patterson's attorney, Thomas Mars, revealed that Ole Miss has delivered their response to the NCAA.

In a statement on Wednesday, he said "I can confirm that Ole Miss has delivered to the NCAA and the University of Michigan its response to Michigan’s request that Shea Patterson be granted eligibility to compete during the 2018 season."
While it is still up to the NCAA to make the final call on Patterson's eligibility, this is a big step in determining what that decision will be.
