Why John O'Korn Is Still The Starter:
"Talent, ability, experience ... the difference in qualities of quarterback play."

On Quinn Nordin And His Impact:
"It’s good. Quinn has a lot of talent. He's got great focus and determination. The other factors are the snapper. Camaron Cheeseman has been outstanding. Pressure situation, right on the money every snap punt, and field goal. Holder Garrett Morres has also been flawless. That battery is the key – all three: kicker, holder and snapper execution at a high level. The fourth factor is protection. Can’t be successful without protection. If people are 3 yards in the backfield that usually leads to unsuccessful kicks. Unit is functioning very well as a group."

On If Harbaugh Is Excited For John O'Korn To Play At Penn State, Since He Grew Up Near Happy Valley:
"Very excited. We all are. Big game, great opportunity for our football team. We’re pouring that excitement into preparation for the game."

On The Atmosphere At Penn State And Preparing For It:
"First, it was impressive as any place I've ever been. Great atmosphere for football. As far as simulating that environment, we try to make a lot of loud noise during practice."

On OT Jon Runyan:
"Jon is in our rotation. In the top seven linemen. He is playing healthy this year. Had some things he's’ worked through first couple of years. He’s contributing this year. Very athletic, focused determined guy. “

On Points Of Emphasis For John O'Korn This Week:
"Went over pretty thoroughly yesterday. We’re trying to get all 11 on offense playing more precise. Playing with more precision. That’s what we’re working on … John’s our starting QB. Suffice to say we’re working as a unit to gel on offense and be more precise. To be more successful requires precision."

On The Criticism Of O'Korn And Dealing With Criticism:
"I'm not aware of the criticism. To answer your question, I’m not aware of the criticism."

On Any Reason For The Spike In 200+ Yard Rushing Games:
"I can’t really speak for the rushing performances around the country. Not aware of them. I’ll take your word for it, but I don’t have an answer for why that is."
