Well hey there my friends! This has been a rather uneventful few weeks of following the latest news regarding Michigan football, but I have managed to scrape together several nuggets of info to deliver to the Ace Williams mafia - the most well connected, insightful Michigan football fans on the internet.
Starting with the recruiting class of 2013:
A minor tornado swept through the Michigan football universe on Twitter last week when I revealed what a Michigan football camp, and long-time Michigan insider, told me about the potential golden boy of the Brady Hoke era, Shane Morris. Morris, a rising senior QB, has been seen as somewhat of a messiah of Michigan football . . . a player expected to start 4 years, win 2 Heisman's and beat Ohio 45-3 for four straight years.
What I revealed was an unflattering opinion on a kid that seemingly has not improved from his promising sophomore coming out party and was outperformed by multiple underclassmen at Michigan camp, and at the SMSB camp the week prior.
