Reports are still being confirmed, but Twitter has exploded in the last several minutes that Michigan star RB Fitzgerald Toussaint was charged with a DUI last Saturday night.
The latest on the situation reports that Toussaint was stopped in Ann Arbor for a traffic violation around 11:45pm and a breathalyzer test showed a blood alcohol content above the legal limit of .08.
