Michigan Football - A sleepy weekend in Ann Arbor

This week, the Wolverines successfully trounced the Eastern Michigan Eagles 31-3.  As a student, this was most notably one of the least interesting games in recent memory.  A big part of the reason why the game was so boring was the fact that the student section was half asleep.  This sleepiness can be largely attributed to the fact that both fraternity/sorority rush is in full force.  What this means for the students is that sorority girls were not allowed to tailgate this past weekend at fraternities because of strict Michigan Greek Life rules.  Thus, students spent very little if any time tailgating before this game.  As a result that electric energy was vacant all the way from State street, straight into the Big House.  Check out some of my pics from this weekends game, and see for yourself what a sleepy and tired Big House looks like.

Notice very little movement from the Students

Very few, if any recruits on the sidelines.

Sitting down during the 3rd quarter... NOT OK!!!

The new Chat Sports shirts are quite popular amongst the students
