Dienhart, acting as a hypothetical new head coach of a Big Ten school, picks a staff of coordinators and position coaches from other Big Ten schools. The most important roles, OC and DC are Michigan Men. Dienhart picks Michigan coordinator Al Borges and DC Greg Mattison as his best coordinators.

Also on the list from the Michigan staff is RB coach Fred Jackson. Former Michigan WR coach Erik "Soup" Campbell, now in the position as Iowa, gets the nod for the top WR coach in the Big Ten.
