Michigan State basketball fans were greeted with some good news on Wednesday afternoon as four-star shooting guard Jasiah Jervis committed to the Spartans.
Tom Izzo’s 2026 class went from two commits to three, adding a third four-star, with a potential fourth commit on the way. There’s talk that this class could even be as deep as five commits, but that’s a rarity these days, and I’d almost expect Izzo to land four and then save a potential fifth spot for the portal.
Jervis’ commitment means that he joins Carlos Medlock Jr. and Julius Avent in the Spartans’ 2026 class, and he’s likely to play big minutes on a team that will need him in 2026-27.
