It was a question I received via email recently.
Could LJ Scott take a redshirt this season and return for a fifth year?
I responded that it was possible but there's zero chance of the Michigan State running back doing so.
And less than a week later, coach Mark Dantonio announced Scott is done for the season and will redshirt to return in 2019. I haven't received a response from the emailer calling me an idiot but there's still plenty of time left for that to happen.
