While we were all glued to our TVs watching MSU football, some big basketball news came out. According to his Instagram, four-star combo guard Mark “Rocket” Watts Jr. has committed to the Michigan State Spartans basketball program!
Watts is the first 2019 recruit to commit to Tom Izzo’s program. He is a Michigan native, who originally played for Old Redford Academy in Detroit. This season, he made the move to Geneva, Ohio and will suit up for SPIRE Academy.
