On June 1, the first day schools could host football recruits again, Michigan State had a large group from Belleville High School on campus.
On June 2, more recruits, including Detroit Cass Tech defensive lineman Deone Walker, a top target in the 2022 class, came through MSU. The following day, the Spartan staff attended Ferris State’s Michigan Showcase camp before returning to East Lansing to prepare for a weekend where they welcomed 10 official visitors.
Not only was the staff back at it Monday, hosting Indianapolis Roncalli junior offensive lineman Trevor Lauck, who holds a Spartan offer, but they added a camp date for Thursday.
