Tom Izzo is looking to close out his 2026 Michigan State basketball recruiting class, and he's off to a heck of a start with Carlos Medlock Jr. and Julius Avent already committed.
But the job's not finished.
Izzo has some big names left on his board ranging from Jasiah Jervis to Ethan Taylor to Maximo Adams. All three of those guys have the Spartans high up on their lists and they're closing in on a decision in the near future. But there's another name that isn't quite as highly-touted, but every bit as talented who is nearing a decision: Tristan Reed.
