It’s been a rough fall for Michigan State fans, but there’s one man who can save them right now: Tom Izzo. The legendary Michigan State basketball coach has been picking up the pieces after disappointing football seasons for decades, and this year is no different.
The Spartans just tipped off their 2025-26 season on Monday with an 80-69 win over Colgate, and while Izzo wasn’t pleased with how his team played, he does seem to be happy with recruiting.
Izzo has landed two four-star recruits in the 2026 class already, and he might be close to picking up another major commitment on Wednesday.
