Time for Michigan State to start Rocky Lombardi for rest of season

EAST LANSING – The lights went out and darkness settled over the interview room, as Michigan State football coach Mark Dantonio was talking about his two quarterbacks.

Which was fitting on just about every level.

“Oh, this is nice, this is par for the course,” Dantonio said after the Spartans bounced between two quarterbacks, couldn’t get any offense going and lost to Ohio State, 26-6, on Saturday in Spartan Stadium.
