East Lansing, Mich. - Michigan State men’s basketball director of operations David Thomas has been selected to participate in the Teamworks Basketball Leadership Committee, an invite-only summit that will take place in Durham, N.C. from July 15-17.
The committee is comprised of current Teamworks partners who are leaders across the NCAA Division I basketball landscape, representing 11 universities and seven conferences.
Slated to address a diverse range of topics, the agenda will focus on empowering athletes and creating a holistic approach to player management. From logistics and communication to creating an environment where player engagement and wellness - both physical and emotional - are at the forefront of the program, participants will also have an opportunity to see new Teamworks platform enhancements and provide direct feedback to Teamworks executives.
