There's another place to read Jemele Hill.
Hill, a Detroit native and former Free Press sports writer, has been hired by the TheAtlantic.com, a general editorial website/magazine. The news was announced in a release by The Atlantic on Monday.
Hill, who had worked for ESPN since 2006, will cover issues related to "sports, race, politics and culture" for both magazine and the website. She will be based in Los Angeles, according to the release.
