With MSU's bye week this past weekend, junior wide receiver R.J. Shelton used the time-off to do something special for children in his hometown.
During the weekend, Shelton went back to his hometown of Beaver Dam, Wisc., to make a surprise visit at the local elementary schools. Shelton spoke with the kids about the importance of working hard, respect, football and education. He gave out some autographed bookmarks as well.
