Recruiting update reveals another legitimate Michigan State football HC candidate

Jonathan Smith is feeling the pressure to win now with Michigan State football, but if he can’t topple a beatable Michigan team on Saturday evening in East Lansing, his run may be over.

The former Oregon State head coach went 5-7 in his first season with the Spartans and now he sits at 3-4 just seven games into year two after a 3-0 start. The team is one of the worst in the Big Ten, especially after losing to then 1-4 UCLA by 25 points at home.

The Spartans need a change, more than likely, and that’ll come from new AD J Batt, as long as he can scrape together $31 million for a buyout and more funds for the next coach’s contract.
