The prosecution dropped a bombshell during a hearing in the sexual assault case against former basketball star Mateen Cleaves: There may be another person willing to coming forward.
Genesee County Special Prosecutor Lisa Lindsey said her office received information that there is another alleged victim and asked for the opportunity to revisit bond in the case after Cleaves' June 28 preliminary examination, when a video tied to the case is expected to be played in court.
Cleaves, 38, is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a motel near Flint last year and has been charged with multiple felonies.
