There have been several tasks added to Tom Izzo and Michigan State's list this offseason. The Spartans have tried to accomplish some personal tasks like Jeremy Fears Jr.'s offensive game, or Jaxon Kohler's post offense, or Coen Carr's jumper.
All of those have been worked on extensively this offseason, and now that practice has officially begun, the Spartans are putting it into action.
And it's paying off. The improvement is obvious.
Izzo said Fears has added about five inches to his vertical and he's playing with more confidence after finally being healthy, and he also raved about his two freshmen.
