Death. Taxes. Michigan State football players suffering long-term injuries.
Every year, you can basically count on a dozen-plus Michigan State players suffering long-term injuries. This season has been no different. The Spartans are down a slew of key players, and another may have just been added to the growing list.
Following the Nebraska loss, several Hawaiian players took a picture together from both teams, including the Spartans’ Rustin Young, Ben Robert’s, Kekai Burnett, and Anelu Lafaele.
One of these guys was pictured in a walking boot, much to everyone’s surprise.
Lafaele, pictured three from the right and between Roberts and Burnett, was pictured in a boot despite not being on the injury report before the game.
