Offensive lineman Luke Campbell reopens recruitment, commits to MSU for spring 2016

On Sunday, offensive lineman and former Purdue commit Luke Campbell verbally committed to join MSU in the spring of 2016. Campbell, who hails from Lewis Center, Ohio, is now the Spartans 20th commitment in this recruiting season, and would be the third offensive tackle commit for head coach Mark Dantonio’s class.

Campbell reopened his recruitment and was offered by the Spartans on January 17. He then took an official visit to the campus on January 22, culminating in a commitment to wear green and white next season.

Campbell stands at 6’4 and weighs 275 pounds. He played at Olentangy High School and was rated the 61st best player in the state of Ohio by espn.
