Michigan State football just held its second preseason scrimmage on Saturday, and if you go by Ken Mannie's words, who was in attendance, the Spartans could very well exceed expectations in 2025.
The Spartans aren't expected by the national media to do much of anything, and there are probably just as many predictions of a missed bowl game for Michigan State as there are of Jonathan Smith's team making it to six wins. That's how uncertain everyone is about this team.
But the players seem to have bought in and more positive news keeps coming out of camp.
