EAST LANSING -- The reinforcement for Michigan State's depleted defensive line is finalized.
Nebraska graduate transfer defensive tackle Kevin Williams has signed a Big Ten tender with Michigan State and will be eligible to play for the Spartans in 2016, the school announced on Monday.
The news comes a day after it was revealed that Williams planned to transfer to Michigan State.
"We're excited about the addition of Kevin to our football team," Spartans coach Mark Dantonio said in a statement. "We had a chance to get to know him during the recruiting process.
