Yesterday Spartan Nation presented you the bombshell report that the police officer (Brian Ogle) involved in the investigation of former Spartan/NBA star Mateen Cleaves for sexual assault had been, “Pressured” to portray the hardcourt ICON as guilty. No person, athlete or not should be allowed to commit sexual assault, but that doesn’t mean because you are well known that you don’t get a fair and legitimate opportunity. If Ogle’s accusations are proven correct certainly this throws the Mateen Cleaves case upside down.
