The most vicious hit at the Vikings-Buccaneers game was during halftime.
Goldy Gopher was determined to reach the end zone during a mascots vs. youth contest Sunday, so much so that he leveled one of the players en route to scoring the TD.
Goldy took the pitch from the Vikings mascot and sprinted around the right side. As a would-be young tackler approached, the fur-covered adult extended the stiff-arm.
