So his meltdown upon hearing the news of Mark Dantonio's retirement doesn't surprise.
Valenti, who hosts the afternoon "The Valenti Show" on WXYT-FM (97.1) and is known for his historic rants, called Dantonio's abrupt announcement "weak," "absurd" and "selfish to slink off into the shadow." (listen below)
"If I have to tell you that without more clarity, if this is truly how this is gonna go down, it is absolutely weak," Valenti started.
