Michigan State football coach Mel Tucker broke into dance in the MSU locker room.
“Coach Tuck likes to get down like the rest of us,” Spartans quarterback Rocky Lombardi said.
Normally even-keeled, Tucker let loose. For good reason.
In his first game against that "team down the road," as he called 24-point favorite Michigan, Tucker led the Spartans to a convincing 27-24 victory over the Wolverines.
Simply put, Tucker out-coached Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh.
Or rather, Tucker’s staff out-coached Harbaugh’s staff. And the Spartans were clearly the better team.
