Michigan State's LJ Scott, Darrell Stewart Jr. among those out against Penn State

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - LJ Scott hasn't played since being injured in the second game of the season and won't be available this week.

The Michigan State (3-2, 1-1 Big Ten) senior starting running back didn't travel with the team for Saturday's game (3:30 p.m., BTN) at No. 8 Penn State (4-1, 1-1) and will miss his fourth straight game.

Scott is one of several key players who didn't travel to Penn State. Starting wide receiver Darrell Stewart Jr., receiver Jalen Nailor and starting right guard Kevin Jarvis are among those also out. Scott suffered what coach Mark Dantonio said was an ankle injury in a Sept.
