East Lansing — As it turns out, Brandon Jordan was helping out Michigan State’s pass rush long before he ever accepted a job on the Spartans’ coaching staff.
Now known as one of the best when it comes to honing pass-rushing skills, Jordan was summoned to East Lansing in the offseason by coach Mel Tucker, who was shuffling things in an effort to improve Michigan State’s standing as a pass defense — which, of course, was last in the nation in 2021, for anyone who might have blocked that from their memory.
