Michigan State football’s final regular-season game of 2023 is moving.

The Spartans will face Penn State on Black Friday, Nov. 24, at Ford Field in Detroit, MSU announced Wednesday. The change was made to accommodate the Big Ten’s new television contract with NBC, and the game will kick off at 7:30 p.m. The game will broadcast on NBC and stream on Peacock.
“This is a unique opportunity, for both our football program and our fan base, to play a Black Friday game at Ford Field,” MSU athletic director Alan Haller said in a statement.
