With UNLV transfer Ben Carter set to visit Michigan State next week, that leaves one more open scholarship if the big man from Las Vegas pulls the trigger and commits. Three-star 2017 big man Cheickna Dembele could be a project, but he would provide some much-needed length in the post.

According to Scout, Dembele has trimmed his list to 10 schools, including Michigan State. The other programs to make his list are Syracuse, UNLV, Missouri, Maryland, St. Joe’s, Pitt, Temple, Iowa State and Baylor.
