Michigan State QB Aidan Chiles exits vs UCLA after big hit: Latest injury updates

Michigan State is adding injury to insult in the third quarter against UCLA. The Bruins jumped out to a 24-7 first-half lead in East Lansing, and a second-half comeback could be even tougher for the Spartans after junior quarterback Aidan Chiles had to exit the game on MSU’s first drive of the second half.

Chiles spun into a big hit on a scramble, and he appeared to suffer a hit to the head. He was tended to by trainers on the field and was helped to the sideline, where he was brought to the medical tent for evaluation.
