Michigan State football's Cody White entering NFL draft

EAST LANSING — Cody White is turning pro.

The Michigan State wide receiver announced via Twitter on Friday that he will forego his senior year and enter the NFL draft. He is the second Spartan junior to leave early, joining cornerback Josiah Scott, who announced his decision on Dec. 30 after the Pinstripe Bowl win over Wake Forest.

“My time here has been unforgettable. I've built relationships that will last me a lifetitme at Michigan State,” White said in his announcement. “I've made bonds with my teammates over the past 3 years that will never be broken.
