Michigan State football recruiting: Late loss of WR adds need for speed

EAST LANSING — Michigan State’s recruiting class appeared almost complete just before December’s early signing period opened.

Then the Spartans lost running back Aaron Young from Pennsylvania on the first day to Rutgers, where his brother plays. Then projected wide receiver Alante Brown did not sign but said he remained committed to joining Mark Dantonio’s 2019 incoming freshmen.
