Week 1 is officially in the books for Michigan State football, and the Spartans are off to a 1-0 start to the season. Western Michigan didn't stand much of a chance with their two-quarterback scheme, and the Spartans' defense playing at a high level.
It didn't even matter that the Spartans' offense did absolutely nothing in the second half.
Now that the Spartans are 1-0 with plenty to work on, it's time to start looking ahead to Week 2's rematch from 2024 against Boston College. The Spartans are looking for revenge for last season's heartbreaking loss in the rain in Chestnut Hill in the final minutes.
