Folks, we may just have another special Michigan State football running back on our hands from the transfer portal.
Just two short years ago, Kenneth Walker III broke onto the scene and won the Doak Walker Award while helping Michigan State win 11 games and make a New Year’s Six bowl. It was a heck of a year for a guy who split carries at Wake Forest and just needed an opportunity.
Nathan Carter is similar in that regard.
Although he was looking like the RB1 was the UConn Huskies in 2022, he was injured just four games into the year and missed the remainder of the season.
