Michigan State football maintains in-state momentum, lands 4-star ATH Dillon Tatum

Do you feel that? It feels like a momentum shift in the state of Michigan when it comes to recruiting.

Michigan State football just picked up a commitment from four-star athlete Dillon Tatum on Wednesday evening as he chose the Spartans over in-state rival Michigan as well as Tennessee and Iowa who made late surges.

With the commitment, Michigan State now has four of the top nine prospects from the state of Michigan in the 2022 class and the only other school with more than one is Notre Dame which has two. Michigan has the No. 1 in-state prospect (Will Johnson) while the Spartans now have four four-stars in Alex VanSumeren, Antonio Gates Jr.
