The Michigan State football kickoff times this season haven't been all that pleasant for Spartan fans.
The first game was the annual Friday night contest on Labor Day Weekend. Everyone expects it to be a 7 p.m. ET start, so that's wasn't too bad. It's become a Friday-before-Labor Day tradition in East Lansing. Not much to complain about there.
The next game was also at night, though. Michigan State hosted Boston College during prime time in Week 2, and the Spartans finally put the Eagles away close to midnight on the East Coast. It was a double-overtime game, so the late start was amplified.
