When it rains, it pours for Michigan State football. After missing out on recruits and having a 3-9 season, news of senior captain Demetrious Cox’s trouble with the law has surfaced. Although he said he was falsely accused of assault last month, the police reports on Cox’s arrest have been made public.
According to Cristopher Haxel of the Lansing State Journal, Cox was drunk when he was getting a ride home in a cab and became aggressive with the driver. He lost it when he gave the driver the wrong directions to his apartment and reportedly started punching him repeatedly.
