Kenny Willekes became Michigan State football’s third defensive end in school history to twice earn first-team All-Big Ten honors.
The senior was named to the media’s first team Tuesday for the second straight season, joining Bubba Smith (1965-66) and Shilique Calhoun (2013-14).
Willekes also was a second-team selection by the league’s coaches a year after he was the Big Ten’s Defensive Lineman of the Year.
