It is no secret Michigan State’s 2019 football recruiting class is loaded with talent on the offensive and defensive line.
Head coach Mark Dantonio and his staff made it a point to address the trenches this past year, and with big-time names like Devontae Dobbs (Belleville) and Spencer Brown (Walled Lake Western) highlighting the Spartans’ most recent class, there should be an opportunity for several of those freshmen linemen to work their way onto the field in 2019. But how many stars you have next to your name doesn’t necessarily translate into early playing time, especially at Michigan State.
