Mel Tucker landed a big fish on Thursday afternoon.
About a month after picking up a commitment from three-star Arizona tight end Michael Masunas, he scooped up another top target in the form of three-star Georgia-based tight end Jack Nickel who was once committed to Notre Dame.
The Spartans now have two solid tight ends in the 2022 class and both could have a big impact early on for the Spartans, especially with Tyler Hunt and Trenton Gillison as upperclassmen.
