Michigan State focused on improving fast break and stopping double teams

EAST LANSING - Don't expect any changes to the starting lineup or playing rotation when Michigan State takes the floor on Friday against Indiana.

Don't expect any major changes to the team's strategy, either.

Wholesale changes aren't what will break get Michigan State back on track following two losses last week, Tom Izzo said.

Better play from his team's best players is the foremost priority.

"I've got to get better play out of the guys I know can play better, to be honest with you," Izzo said on Tuesday. "I don't need to replace anybody.
