Marcel Lewis is happy to be done with something he thoroughly enjoyed, if that makes sense.
A senior linebacker at Clinton Twp. Chippewa Valley, Lewis before his junior year last year didn’t get a whole lot of attention on the recruiting trail from college coaches.
That all changed once the season started and he started making plays everywhere on the field.
Suddenly, Lewis was getting all sorts of attention.
“It was overwhelming to get all those offers,” Lewis said following the 24-17 win over Macomb Dakota on Friday night.
“I appreciated all the coaches.
