EAST LANSING – They met in secret. Behind closed doors.
Michigan State football coach Mark Dantonio and athletic director Mark Hollis met with the university's Board of Trustees in private Monday to talk about the sexual assault cases casting a pall over the program.
The meeting was held privately because it was called a “regularly scheduled work session” about the budget.
How convenient.
After it was done, Dantonio disappeared, presumably out a back door.
Brian Breslin, the board chairman, read a brief statement, saying Hollis and Dantonio “have the full support of this board.
