EAST LANSING — As Joey Hauser remains in limbo, so does the competition for the final starting spot for Michigan State’s basketball team.
The fate of the forward, who transferred from Marquette, remains in the hands of the NCAA. Coach Tom Izzo said Tuesday at the Spartans’ media day MSU expects to know “100%” by this week if Hauser’s appeal for immediate eligibility will be approved or denied.
