Even while quarantining, Xavier Tillman had some work to do. The junior big man for the Spartans had to decide whether or not to enter his name into the NBA draft, but his decision came Tuesday and it wasn’t much of a surprise.
Tillman did what he should have done, entering his name into the draft pool and he hasn’t signed an agent, claiming he’ll be keeping his college eligibility.
Over the past couple of weeks, players have been meeting with Tom Izzo to talk about next steps and the Hall of Fame head coach likely informed Tillman that his best option would be to enter the draft and not hire an agent.
